Privacy & AI data use

Updated October 16, 2026

BP Tools is BreadPartners' invitation-only workplace application for employees and authorized sales staff. BreadPartners controls access to company records. Contact your BreadPartners administrator through the company directory for privacy questions, access changes, deletion requests or retention information.

Account and business information BP Tools uses your company identity, role, permissions and assigned data scope to authorize requests. Zoho Catalyst hosts the application and authentication; Zoho CRM and WorkDrive provide connected company records and media. Authorized administrators can review account access, AI conversation history and usage.

AI assistance is optional Choosing Allow AI assistance permits BP Tools to send your questions, relevant conversation history, approved guidance and the authorized company records needed to answer to OpenAI. Older assistant paths may use Zoho Zia or Wonderchat. These records and your text may include customer, contact or employee personal information. Generic user roles and needed capabilities can accompany requests; BP Tools does not automatically attach your employee name, email or account ID to the model prompt. This does not make everything in a question anonymous. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information or unrelated personal information. AI answers can be wrong; verify important results.

No AI question is sent until you allow this sharing. Not now leaves the other BP Tools available. Use AI permission beside any DoughBot chat to withdraw. Withdrawal stops future requests, including further conversation steps; it cannot recall information already sent or stop a request already in flight. Material changes to the disclosed providers or data use require a new choice.

Storage, retention and deletion BP Tools retains AI conversations, source evidence, usage and administration records in private company storage. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for these AI records; ask your administrator about a deletion request. OpenAI requests use store=false; this does not promise zero provider retention. Providers process and retain data under the company's service agreements and their applicable policies. See https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/, https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html and https://wonderchat.io/privacy-policy. Your choice and its notice version are stored with your company account.

Device data and media When you submit in-app feedback, BP Tools stores your message, account identity, current screen, app build and bounded technical events/request references in private company storage for the designated administrator. Configured email notifications include your message and identity. Responses may be sent to your account in BP Tools, to your signed-in email address, or both. Direct email replies remain in email and are not imported into BP Tools. Screenshots or videos are attached only if you choose them. Screen recording requires your explicit action and has a 60-second limit. Microphone narration is off by default and enabled only when you select it before recording. Review or remove your recording before sending. Automatic diagnostics exclude input values, request/response bodies, authentication credentials and arbitrary console text. Safe diagnostic breadcrumbs remain in this tab across reloads and reset on sign-out. Feedback has no automatic deletion schedule; contact your administrator about retention or deletion.

The app may save working drafts, offline records, notes and conversation history on your device. Signing out or withdrawing AI permission does not by itself delete all company business records. Camera, microphone, Photos and device authentication use their device permission controls. Uploaded original photos, videos and previews can retain capture dates, location/GPS, camera and other metadata. Authorized company users may access or export those files according to their permissions. Check media and metadata before uploading or sharing.
